Seasons at Sandpoint - Architecture


The architect for Seasons at Sandpoint, Chancey Design Partnership (CDP) was established in the historic district of Tampa’s Ybor City in 1989, and Seagrove Beach, Florida in l997. Project types for CDP have included residential, community planning, multi-family, and custom-single-family homes. The firm was honored in 2002 with the Merit Award for Architecture by the AIA Tampa Bay and the Aurora Award from Florida Home Builders Association. In 2001, CDP won the Florida North Chapter ASID Design Award, and Best New Construction-Commercial. Distinctive projects in Florida include En Soleil luxury condominiums in Bay County; the Lofts at Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach; the Verandahs on the Bay in St. Petersburg; and One Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa.

The interior design division of CDP is a complete design firm that specializes in space planning and design, interior specifications, fine arts and crafts selection, corporate imaging and design of special furnishings. Working in conjunction with the architectural division of CDP on Seasons, this design firm also specializes in project development feasibility, concept development, theme and imaging, code and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance reviews.

Interior Designer Sandra B. Chancey, principal of CDP, was formerly associated with Tampa Bay Corporate Interiors, The Falick/Klein Partnership and Design Elements Group, Inc. Her experience has provided exposure to all aspects of interior design, from programming and space planning to specifications of interior finishes and furnishings.
