With word spreading rapidly about the beauty, luxury and services of our little resort community, demand is heating up for more homes. Many people are asking, "When can we hear more about Building 1 on the south end of the development?" Feedback from owners and visitors have prompted our developer and design team to consider enhancements to the original design. Based on the building's planned orientation on the waterfront, its proximity to the community's other amenities, and the developer's unwavering commitment to quality, a thoughtful new design is on the drawing board - one that will seamlessly blend into the existing community with a special flair and focus on wellness.
