02/11/08: Seasons at Sandpoint Welcomes New Sales Manager

February 11, 2008 - Sandpoint, ID - Seasons at Sandpoint has recruited a sales manager from Park City, Utah. Edward Durkee brings with him eight years experience in the hospitality and luxury resort condominium arena, having spent the past four years in Park City, UT as the Director of Sales for The Miners Club.  

While with the Miners Club, Durkee achieved the highest number of closed transactions in Miners Club history, and consistently produced high sales volume. 

"Ed has demonstrated through his work experience in Park City that he is a creative and motivated leader, " said Jae Heinberg, president of BVG Incorporated. "Given the demands of marketing successfully in today's real estate environment, having a very strong sales manager in place is a priority for us." 

Durkee will manage the Sales Gallery now located on-site at Seasons at Sandpoint, 424 Sandpoint Avenue. The Gallery recently re-located from its space in downtown Sandpoint on Second Avenue and now provides a more enjoyable and fluid experience for potential purchasers.

Having lived in Breckenridge, CO and Park City UT, Durkee and his family are familiar with small mountain towns and love the outdoors. "I love North Idaho." Durkee said when asked about his decision to move. "My wife and I had been to Sandpoint about eight years ago for a wedding. We talked about buying property, but just couldn't do it at the time. We're very happy to have this opportunity to be involved with such a great community."

Chris Chambers' role as the Principal Agent has expanded to include development of Seasons' marketing initiatives within the Sotheby's network and development of support services to the project through Tomlinson Sandpoint Sotheby's International Realty. Chris will also be involved with other real estate interests and will support promotional efforts to referring brokers in outreach markets as well.
