Seasons at Sandpoint will be adding eight luxury townhomes to their existing selection of 72-luxury condominium residences all featuring wide open views of Lake Pend Oreille. Bison Builders, Incorporated, a Spokane-WA based company, was selected as the general contractor for this newest construction phase.  These three story townhomes, which are approximately 4,000 Square Feet with 3-bedrooms and 3 and a half baths, also include 3 balconies, a private interior elevator and represent some of the most anticipated and desired residences within the Seasons at Sandpoint community. The first four new townhomes will be completed by the spring of 2010 and special pre-construction pricing is being offered starting in the high one millions. “We’re extremely excited to participate in this one-of-a-kind project”, states Tim Grigsby, Senior Vice President, Bison Builders, Inc. “This new construction will allow Bison Builders, Inc. to continue to grow our client base in Northern Idaho as well as create new jobs for the regional market in a time when new job creation is scarce.”
