Seasons at Sandpoint reflects the seasoned vision of this luxury condominium development company, BVG Incorporated, based in Tampa, Florida.

A frequent visitor to the Idaho panhandle over the past two decades, the president and principal owner, Jae Heinberg, discovered the Seasons’ site and became enchanted with the idea of living on the lake within walking distance of everything downtown. His excitement transpired into this one-of-a-kind, high-end community development in a town quietly on the verge of discovery. Like the many other development projects created by BVG Incorporated, Seasons will be done the way a development should be done - with the highest-quality craftsmanship, most innovative designs of its time and a spirit of service that conveys far beyond completion.

BVG Incorporated is committed to providing owners with complete satisfaction, both during and after construction.

Working in concert with the natural beauty of the land, BVG Incorporated is known for creating distinctive residential addresses in unique locales. Whether its developments are on an Idaho lake or the Gulf of Mexico, BVG Incorporated draws on the features of the landscape to create an architectural design and residential lifestyle in harmony with the region's nature, history and culture.

The company has developed and sold exclusive waterfront condominium communities on Florida's gulf coast for more than $600 million. These developments include the acclaimed coastal Seagrove, Somerset Cay and Crescent communities on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida, and Watermark in Key West, all properties that surpassed buyers' expectations by far.

BVG Incorporated President Jae Heinberg has over 18 years of real estate development experience including development of numerous luxury condominiums in Florida totalling $1.5 Billion in sales.

Heinberg has won multiple industry awards for leadership and excellence, including several Excel Awards between 1996 and 2002 from the Southeast Builders Conference, as well as the Aurora Award 1996 and 1997 from the National Association of Homebuilders. Finally, Heinberg held the title of Grand Overall Winner in the 1999 Parade of Homes.
